Anyway, after screaming "F-k MTV!" and vowing never to return, Kanye announced that he would be performing at the end of Sunday night's show. Wow, Kanye. You really showed them.

the rumor is actually that Usher and burly bride Tameka Foster are on the outs again. Not so! In fact, it's being reported that she's pregnant with their second child!

Christina Aguilera has announced the release of her forthcoming greatest hits album, 'Keeps Gettin' Better - A Decade Of Hits'.

The album, out November 10, will include a new single as well as her hits from the past nine years.

The album will include four UK Number Ones: 'Genie In A Bottle', 'Dirrty', 'Beautiful' and 'Lady Marmalade'.

The two new songs set for inclusion are 'Keeps Gettin' Better' and 'Dynamite'.

There will be 10 tracks in total on the release.

Aguilera said in a statement: "I can't believe it's been over 10 years since my first album and it was really exciting to put all of my favourite songs in one collection for my fans."

FISHKILL, N.Y. - Akon is headed to trial on criminal charges he tossed a fan offstage at an upstate concert last summer.

The 35-year-old singer is accused of tossing a teenager off the stage during a June 2007 concert at a minor league baseball stadium near Poughkeepsie. Another concertgoer said she suffered a concussion when the boy landed on her.

Akon, whose real name is Aliaune Thiam, asked for the jury trial during a brief appearance with his lawyer in Fishkill Town Court on Wednesday. He's due back in court for trial Dec. 1 unless a deal is negotiated in the meantime.

He pleaded not guilty in December to misdemeanour charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree harassment, a violation.

In court Wednesday, Judge Harold Epstein met privately with Akon's lawyer, Andrea Zellan, and Dutchess County Assistant District Attorney Anthony Parisi before announcing the case would go to trial unless a deal is reached.

"We are pleased that Judge Epstein adjourned the case to a date certain for either a trial or a negotiated resolution," Zellan said in a prepared statement. "Akon looks forward to putting this incident behind him, and in the meantime he will continue to meet every requirement set forth by the court."

Just as things looked to be getting better for troubled Britney Spears it appears she has reunited with her badboy former lover Adnan Ghalib. The popstar is taking a break in Las Vegas before before attending the MTV Video Awards later this week. And she has been showing off her newly svelte figure, looking better than ever as she relaxed by the pool in a tiny bikini before heading out in a slim fitting sundress. But also in the city is Birmingham paparazzi Adnan, who has been accused of having ulterior motives by Britney's father Jamie. The 36-year-old has barely been seen with Britney since she was hospitalised for psychiatric treatment in January. But despite Britney's father's staunch disapproval of Adnan, the pop star is understood to have started seeing Adnan again, TMZ.com reported. However sources claim the two haven't got back together for purely romantic reasons - Britney is apparently terrified Adnan has an explicit video of her, filmed during the couple's brief trip to Mexico in January. "Britney's really scared that Adnan has a sex tape," an insider told MailOnline last month. "She wants to get it out of his hands." Britney's father, who is still her legal custodian following a legal order earlier this year is said to have made his dislike of Adnan obvious. "Britney's father can't stand Adnan," said the source. "He thinks he's seedy, with ulterior motives."

The outspoken and never shy rapper, Kanye West, will be opening up a Fatburger in Orland Park, which is located on the southwest suburban area of Chicago, next month. According to a spokesperson of Fatburger Corp., Kanye West's KW Foods LLC, has the rights to develop 10 Fatburgers in the Chicago area and plans to open another one in January at 95th and Western Avenue in the Beverly neighborhood.

Fatburger, which primarily calls California home, is a popular fast-food chain. This will be the first restaurant in Chicago.

Lauren Conrad has a message for her Los Angeles neighbors who have complained about the traffic and noise she attracts to their quiet tree-lined streets: She's moving.

OK, the movers aren't coming tomorrow, but The Hills star tells me she's already thinking about selling her house. "We're going to have to move after we're done filming," Conrad says.

Because the house is so accessible from the street, it's become an attraction for paparazzi and tour buses.

"You can hear the tour guides like, 'Just yesterday, we saw Lauren Conrad pulling into her driveway and she stopped to get the mail,' " Conrad says with a laugh.

"And Lo [Lauren Bosworth] was walking down the street one day and they were like, 'Here on the left we have a celebrity dog walker walking Chloe.' They knew my dog's name and Lo was like, 'They just called me a celebrity dog walker!' "

Conrad reveals she's likely to head back to her Laguna Beach roots. "I would love to return to Orange County," she says. "L.A. is a really young city and it's great for now, but eventually I'm going to want to settle down a little bit."

But this 22-year-old beauty (her skin really is flawless) is not ready to pack it in anytime soon.

She's currently, of course, promoting the heck out of Monday's season-four premiere of The Hills. She's busy designing summer '09 for her Lauren Conrad Collection fashion line. Then there are the ideas she's whipping up for two dresses to be worn on Emmy night by the award show's trophy women.

Conrad has also been thinking about starting a men's line with her 16-year-old skater/surfer dude brother. "He's got this really cool style, and I'm always bugging him that we should do a guys' line together," Conrad says. "It would be more his thing, but I would help him with it."

One thing Conrad says she won't be helping with is Barack Obama or John McCain's bids for the White House. Unlike Heidi Montag's very public support for McCain, Conrad explains, "I believe in a private ballot. I don't want to ever influence someone's vote or have my vote change someone's opinion of me."

They only way she'd possibly hit the campaign trail would be through-what else?-fashion. Asked which potential first lady she'd rather dress, Conrad says, "Probably Obama's wife. I just think she's beautiful."

Lil' Wayne's most recently scheduled court appearance in Arizona to face charges tied to his January 22 arrest was postponed on Tuesday (August 26) due to a dental issue, prompting rumors of a rehab stint.

 The multi-platinum selling rapper was due for a status hearing in Yuma County, but missed the court date under the instruction of his oral surgeon.

 According to his attorney James Tilson, following several root canal operations, Wayne, born Dwayne Carter Jr., was ordered by his dentist not to fly.

 As for rumors that Wayne's absence in court was due to the fact that he had checked himself into a South Florida rehab facility on Monday (August 25), his manager Cortez Bryant tell AllHipHop.com they are completely unfounded.

 "We're in Florida working," Bryant told AllHipHop.com via telephone. "I don't know where these rumors keep coming from."

 Lil' Wayne will make his second appearance as a musical guest on NBC's Saturday Night Live on September 13.

 He will serve as co-host alongside Olympic gold medalist and "A Millie" fan Michael Phelps, kicking off the sketch comedy series' 34th season.

 As Wayne continues to tour and make appearances, his attorney is attempting to have some of the rapper's felony drug and weapons reduced prior to his client's next court date, scheduled for October 9.

 The rapper currently faces four felony drug charges for possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, transportation and/or sale of a narcotic, and transportation or sale of a dangerous drug.

 The charges were applied after a DEA search of his tour bus yielded approximately four ounces of marijuana, one ounce of cocaine and 41 grams of Ecstasy, as well as miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.

 A .40-caliber pistol, registered to Wayne in Florida, was also found on board, which lead to a charge of misconduct involving weapons.
