    Working until 3...then home to TurboJam, then hit Bally's and the Elliptical, jog and walk.  The 3 Day is this Friday.  Leaving for Cleveland on Thursday.  I'm ready. 

    Down 26 and a half pounds since March 5th from my training.

    Training

    Wednesday, August 8, 2007, 11:50 AM EST [General]

    Monday: Walked 4 miles (one hour)  Then had too much stuff to take care of. 

    Tuesday: Walked 4 miles (one hour) did 3 miles on the Elliptical (half hour) and then jogged 1 mile straight on the treadmill and walked a mile on the treadmill and then walked a mile on the indoor track.  Got my ten in.  Bring on that 3 Day.
