    Hey Everyone,

    Stop by Gimli's page and give him props for his hard work this past month.  He's lost nearly 30 pounds since starting the Weight Loss Challenge and continues to put in the hard work necessary to achieve.

    Huge Day Tomorrow for Mojo's Biggest Losers

    No pun intended, of course.  :)

     

    Our first weigh-in in two weeks will be tomorrow morning on the Mojo Show around 7am.  I think the contestants are a little nervous.  I know I am.

     

    I'm hoping they have stayed true to their food logs and workouts.  

     

    The scale won't lie!

    Weight Loss Challenge--Brian Returns

    Brian returned from his honeymoon this week to begin working out with the group once again. 

    Welcome back, big guy!  We missed you.

    Brian's best news?  He lost weight.  

    On his HONEYMOON.

    *That* is a great sign of things to come.

    We'll be holding a group workouts in the coming weeks outside of the radio station--workouts that anyone can attend.  Stay tuned for details--I'll have info up by Friday.
